Here’s a quick update on where I stand on the who job process. My interview at the church has been moved until some time during the week of August 11th because Monte’s on vacation (lucky duck). I called all of the elementary schools in Plano yesterday. Yep, that’s right. I called 44 schools. There was only one position that I would be able to teach (only special ed positions available). It happens to be a kinder position, but the principal had already scheduled a bunch of interviews for the position. We’ll see. I’m also checking all the districts around me for openings. Hopefully some direction will start to play out over the next few weeks. Until then, I’m just taking it day by day.
